Business Planning and Performance Measurement

At York Consulting, we are able to draw on our experience of research and evaluation techniques to support evidence-based business planning. We have extensive experience of developing plans and strategies for organisations and individual programmes. We have provided strategic and business planning support to government agencies, Sector Skills Councils, Lifelong Learning Partnerships and 14-19 Partnerships.

In our experience, the best plans are built around clear performance and impact indicators. We have advised many of our clients on designing performance measurement frameworks. This has included identifying specific performance and impact measures and developing approaches to the generation and analysis of evidence against these measures.

We are currently undertaking an assignment for LSC Nottinghamshire which involves the development of 14-19 Plans for the Nottinghamshire County and Nottingham City 14-19 partnerships.
