Policy Analysis and Development
Most of our work within the public sector includes aspects of policy analysis.In particular we always try to support the policy development process through conclusions and recommendations emerging from evaluation studies.
We have experience across a wide range of policy areas covering:

Our work in this area has covered specific policy reviews, evaluations of broad policy areas and facilitation of policy development between different interest groups.
In practice many of our evaluation studies contain aspects of policy review, undertaken through desk research and through consultation.We are experienced at managing formal consultation exercises and at undertaking the analysis of consultation responses.
We have delivered training in policy development to staff within client organisations.This has included:
