York Consulting is part of a consortium led by Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) which is evaluating the impact of RDA spending for the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR). The work, taking place between January and September 2008, will provide the first comprehensive understanding of RDA performance and impact at a regional and national level.
