Georgina is a Partner of York Consulting and has over 12 years consultancy experience, with particular expertise in relation to national, regional and local evaluation; qualitative research; partnership development and facilitation; policy and strategy development. She is currently responsible for the Education, Children and Young People Team within YCL.
Georgina has extensive knowledge of policy and programmes in relation to the Every Child Matters agenda; and as such has experience of working with a wide range of organisations associated with learning, education (primary, secondary, 14-19 and further/higher), alternative curriculum provision, youth support, health, and social services.
Georgina is currently leading some of our largest national assignments, including the Evaluations of the New Relationship with Schools, the Key Stage 4 Engagement Programme and the Re-Ach Programme (a coaching programme intended to help re-engage young people in school and learning).
She is also playing a key role in the project which will identify the training and development needs of senior managers and directors of children’s services.
