Gemma has worked at YCL since 2002. She provides administrative support to the team of consultants including preparation of client outputs. One of her main roles is the management of our Information Security Management System - ISO 27001, this includes undertaking regular monitoring/reviews of policies and internal auditing. A qualified Mental Health First Aider, Gemma monitors staff wellbeing to ensure individuals feel supported whether in the office or choosing to work remotely.
