Strategy and Planning

We work in partnership with Local Enterprise Partnerships, local authorities and other major public sector employers to developed focused, achievable strategies and action plans.

These primarily concentrate on skills, employment and education and are designed to deliver measurable improvements at the local and regional level.

Our strategy and planning work usually begins with the assimilation of a comprehensive evidence base to understand in detail the starting position and to identify opportunities for change and improvement. We consult widely to gather a broad array of perspectives and to secure the buy-in and commitment of key stakeholders.

The priorities and programmes of work proposed in our strategies and plans are developed in partnership with our clients. They give appropriate consideration to resources, timescales, metrics and accountability.
