Children, Young People and Families

We have expertise in researching and evaluating projects and programmes that aim to improve the socio-economic and educational outcomes for children, young people and their families.

Within this field, we have assessed the effectiveness of: new and innovative models of children’s social care delivery, support for families with complex needs, programmes to help young people enter and sustain employment, and investments made by government to facilitate social mobility.

Our qualitative research specialists have the skills and knowledge to consult effectively and safely with children, young people and families, including those in challenging and vulnerable circumstances.
