Iulia joined York Consulting in 2024. Her research and evaluation experience covers sport for development, youth empowerment, digital for good and women’s issues in the UK and internationally. She has worked with an array of third sector organisations and has a background in customer experience consultancy. Iulia is skilled at undertaking interviews and focus groups, developing data collection tools, theories of change and evaluation frameworks, analysing quantitative and qualitative data and producing high quality reports.
