Philip has worked in research and evaluation since 1992. His expertise lies in the formative and summative evaluation of government programmes, particularly for the Department for Education and charitable organisations. Philip is a full member of the Market Research Society, holding a professional Diploma, and is a member of the UK Evaluation Society. His evaluation approaches are influenced by theory of change, realistic and utilisation-focused evaluation perspectives.
