Tim has worked in research and evaluation since 2004. His experience is wide ranging and covers the formative and summative evaluation of local and national training programmes, cross-sector research on future skills needs and cost-benefit analyses of new approaches to delivering social care. He has developed employment and skills strategies for numerous Local Enterprise Partnerships and has prepared economic evidence bases to support the allocation and prioritisation of skills funding.
