It is a case of "new year, new projects" for the team here. We are delighted to have been commissioned by the Department for Education to undertake qualitative research into Spain's Visiting Teacher Programme and are busy getting that study underway. Also for the Department for Education, we have been commissioned to analyse and report upon responses to the forthcoming consultation on the Teaching and Excellence Framework Independent Review.
We are also very pleased to be continuing our strong working relationship with Emsi UK. Together we have been commissioned by Hampshire County Council to develop a new HE proposition for the Isle of Wight and are looking forward to starting that study over the coming weeks.
Other projects - such as our lone worker research for Skills for Care - are now drawing to a close whilst others - such as our evaluation of Family Safeguarding in Hertfordshire and the four surrounding areas - will soon enter periods of intensive fieldwork.
